    Description

    Skipping is a great all over cardio-vascular exercise that conditions the arms, shoulders and calves.

    Instructions

    Standing with rope handles in each hand, rope touching the floor, circle the rope behind body over head from behind then down towards feet, at which point you jump over rope and continue this motion at pace. Perform this for upto 3 minutes at a time.
